Windows

Cables are not correctly connected. Make sure to check the following:

Check if the USB-C port supports video and power.

Check symbols at USB-C ports below (no symbols? contact us)

If the laptop doesn't have at least 1 cable that supports video and power, it's not possible to connect the flex.

You have to switch to the Flex Pro. Contact us here.

If the laptop has atleast 1 USB-C port that supports video and power. You can connect it like this:

Laptop has 2 USB-C port that supports video and power:

  • 2x USB-C to USB-C
