At Blerron, we design products to improve how you work.

If your purchase doesn’t meet your expectations, you can return it within 50 days.

Returns

You have 50 days after delivery to request a return.

To be eligible:

  • The product must be in good condition
  • All original parts must be included
  • Original packaging should be included where reasonably possible

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, contact us at:

  • Your order number
  • A short explanation of the reason for return

We’ll provide you with the return instructions.

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • You may use any tracked shipping service

If the return is due to an error on our side (damaged or incorrect item), we will cover the return costs.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • You will receive confirmation by email
  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 14 days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges

If you want a different product, color, or version:

  • Contact support
  • Return your original item
  • Place a new order

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 14 days of delivery
  • Include photos of the issue

We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Non-Accepted Returns

We may refuse returns if:

  • The request is made after the 50-day period
  • The product is damaged due to misuse
  • The product is incomplete or in poor condition beyond normal inspection
