Frequently asked questions
What is a refurbished Blerron Flex or Flex Pro?
A refurbished Blerron Flex or Flex Pro is a pre-owned device that has been returned to us, thoroughly inspected, cleaned, and restored to full working order. It undergoes a rigorous testing process to ensure it meets our quality standards.
What is the difference between the conditions?
This is the difference in condition:
- Good — Shows signs of use and minor scratches. Fully functional.
- Very Good — Minimal signs of use with very light scratches. Fully functional.
- Excellent — Near-perfect condition with little to no visible wear.
Do the guarantees still apply?
Yes. You have a standard 2 year guarantee and if you're not satisfied with your refurbished model, you can return it within 50 days after receiving it.
Why is it more sustainable to buy a refurbished Blerron Flex or Flex Pro?
Buying a refurbished Blerron item extends the lifespan of a device, reducing the need for new materials and manufacturing, which lowers its environmental impact.
