Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 1 business day from the date of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may vary.

  • NL / BE: Order before 11:59 PM on business days, delivered the next day (Mon–Fri).
  • EU: 2–5 business days.
  • Worldwide: 5–10 business days.

We do not deliver on Sundays. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped.

Please note that unforeseen circumstances such as weather delays, customs clearance or carrier issues may impact delivery times.

Change of Address
If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to assist if your order hasn't yet left our warehouse.

UK Import Duties & Taxes
For orders shipped to the UK, import duties, VAT and/or clearance fees may apply and are the customer's responsibility. Hears does not cover or reimburse any such charges.

Return & Refund Policy
You can return your order within 50 days of receipt. Once we have received your return, the amount will be refunded within 14 days. For returns, please contact us.

Warranty
2 year warranty and ongoing support beyond that, so you can keep working without worry.
