Email us at support@blerron.com with your order details and reason for return.
2. Review & approval
We assess your request and provide return instructions.
3. Return your product
We provide a return label. Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
4. Inspection & refund
Once received and approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once this is completed.
You have 50 days after receiving your order to request a return.
If you no longer have the original box, you can use a different sturdy box.
Please make sure the product is securely packed and well protected during transit.
Proper packaging helps ensure your return arrives safely and can be processed without issues.
We ensure that your refund is processed within 14 days of your return arriving at our warehouse. The amount will be refunded using the original payment method. If you have not received your money after 14 days, please contact our customer service at support@blerron.com and we will look into it for you.
