Not every laptop with a USB-C port supports video output. Some USB-C ports are designed only for charging or data transfer, which means they cannot send a video signal to external monitors.

If your laptop has this limitation, the Blerron monitors still work — you’ll just need to use our adapter and driver. The driver is safe and easy to install, and it enables video output through your USB-C port. With the adapter, both screens receive the signal they need to function.

In some cases, if the monitors don’t turn on, it simply means there isn’t enough power from your laptop’s USB-C port. The solution is easy: just connect an extra USB-C or USB-A cable to supply additional power. Once connected, the monitors will run smoothly.
