Repair portable screen…

We bought a portable screen for the laptop. Unfortunately after ~6 mnths 1 of the monitors didn’t work anymore.We contacted customerservice, within a day we received a reply and the screens were taken back for check/repair. Within 10 days we had the repaired screen back.Great service, kind/understanding and a great result. We bought a portable screen for the laptop. How do I connect the monitors to my laptop?

There are two ways to connect the monitors:

  1. 1x USB-C + 1x USB-C . In this case, your laptop must have two USB-C ports that supports both video and power, such as Thunderbolt or DisplayPort. Check compatibility here.
  2. 1x HDMI + 1x USB-C/USB-A + 1 USB-C. The USB-C port has to be able to support video and power. Check compatibility here.

How does the monitor get power?

The monitors get power through the laptop. You can connect the monitors with a USB-C or USB-A cable.

You can also charge the laptop through the Blerron Flex. When you add the charging cable to the back of the Flex, it will passthrough the power to the laptop.

Are all cables included?

Yes all cables are included!

Do I need to install any software or drivers?

The monitors are plug & play. No additional software required. Check compatibility here.

Can I adjust the height or tilt of the monitor?

Yes, with the included foldable stand, you can slightly increase the height of the whole setup. Make sure the stand can reach the table or desk you work on to support the laptop.

Do I need to assemble or put anything together?

No, everything is simply foldable and ready to use — you just unfold it and plug it in.
