If your purchase doesn’t fully meet your expectations, you can return it easily within 30 days.


Eligibility for Returns

You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible, items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, with all included parts.


How to Initiate a Return

Please include your order number and a short explanation of the reason for the return.
We’ll reply with the next steps and the return shipping address.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item).
Once your return is approved, you can ship the product back using any tracked service of your choice.


Refund Process

After we’ve received and inspected your returned item, we’ll confirm your refund status by email.
If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receipt.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange your product for a different model or color, please reach out to support@blerron.com
Once your return has been received, we’ll guide you through placing a new order.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, contact us within 14 days of delivery.
We’ll cover the return shipping and arrange a replacement or refund.


Return Denial

Blerron reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy guidelines or are submitted after the 30-day window.
