At Blerron we value our customers and will do everything we can to ensure you have a positive experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for free within 30 days of delivery.
There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product you purchased online from Blerron:
Returns Period: You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it.
We provide the shipping label. So there are no additional costs involved.
Blerron reserves the right to refuse a refund if the product received is damaged or has missing accessories.
A refund will be processed by Blerron as soon as possible and in any case no later than within 14 days of receipt of the product by us.
The customer is responsible for all customs duties and other taxes for returning a product that has been shipped outside the customer's country of residence.
Request for refund. Contact us at: support@blerron.com. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless we have made a shipping error. Shipping costs will be deducted from the amount you receive back. Shipping costs depend on the specific country.
Make sure the product is intact and unopened. If it is not a quality issue affecting the second sale, no refund will be given. Blerron reserves the right to refuse any refund request if the product received is damaged or missing accessories, materials or other original components.
International customers are responsible for shipping costs, any taxes and duties incurred when requesting return service. Any charges imposed during or after shipment are the customer's responsibility (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
