Repair portable screen…

We bought a portable screen for the laptop. Unfortunately after ~6 mnths 1 of the monitors didn’t work anymore.We contacted customerservice, within a day we received a reply and the screens were taken back for check/repair. Within 10 days we had the repaired screen back.Great service, kind/understanding and a great result. We bought a portable screen for the laptop. How do I connect the screen to my laptop?

There are two ways to connect the monitor:

  1. 1x USB-C. In this case, your laptop must have a USB-C port that supports both video and power, such as Thunderbolt or DisplayPort.
  2. 1x HDMI + 1x USB-C/USB-A.

How does the monitor get power?

Most modern laptops can power the monitor directly via a single USB-C cable, which also handles the video signal — so an extra power supply usually isn’t necessary. However, a power adapter is provided in case external power is needed.

The monitor supports 40W power delivery, allowing you to connect your laptop charger to the monitor. This setup powers the monitor while simultaneously charging your laptop.

When connecting via HDMI, the monitor does require external power. In that case, simply use the included USB-C cable and power adapter. Everything you need — all cables and the power brick — is included in the box.

Do I need to install any software or drivers?

In most cases, the monitor is plug & play. No additional software required.

Can I adjust the height or tilt of the monitor?

Yes, the stand is adjustable so you can set the right viewing angle.
