Shipping & Tracking

How long does it take to receive the orders?

We are currently experiencing a very high order volume, and shipping time might be longer than usual. We like to over-deliver so to keep it safe we take an average of the following:

  • all orders will be dispatched within 1-2 business hours, this is also when you will receive your unique track and trace code.
  • shipping will take around 3-10 business days depending on your location. We ship to around 75 countries.

Our average shipping times are;

🌏 Asia - 4-7 Business days
🌎 USA & Canada - 3-7 business days
🌎 LATAM - 5-9 business days
🌍 Europe - 4-8 business days
🌍 Africa - 5-10 business days

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. We currently ship to 65+ countries. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.

Currently Free Shipping applies on orders over over €60


We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals on shipping.

Do you ship to my country?

We excluded countries we can not ship to, from checking out. This means if you are able to check-out, we can ship to your country

Can I track my order?

Yes, once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery. You can also check your order on our tracking page: Track Your Order

Returns & Exchanges

What are the return rules?

You can return a product for any reason within 30 days — no questions asked.

Returns are completely free. We’ll provide the return label, so you don’t pay anything.

How do returns work?

By simply sending us an e-mail on support@blerron.com, WhatsApp or through the contact form.

Our support team will then guide you through the return process.

Please do not send any returns here without contacting us first, since we need to create an internal ticket in order to refund the order.

When will I get my money back

Once we received your return, we will send you money back the day the return package arrives.

It may take up to 3-5 business days for the bank to process this.
