At Blerron, we value our customers and will do everything we can to ensure you have a positive experience. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery — free of charge.

• Return period: You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it.

• We provide the return label, so there are no additional costs involved.

• Blerron reserves the right to refuse a refund if the returned product is damaged or missing accessories.

• Refunds will be processed by Blerron as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after we receive the returned item.

• Customers are responsible for any customs duties and other taxes when returning a product that was shipped outside their country of residence.

• To request a refund, please contact us at: support@blerron.com. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless we made a shipping error. Return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund and vary depending on your location.

• Please make sure the product is intact and unopened. If there is no quality issue affecting resale, no refund will be issued. Blerron reserves the right to reject any refund request if the returned product is damaged or missing any accessories, materials, or original components.

• International customers are responsible for shipping costs and any applicable taxes and duties when requesting a return. Any charges imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the customer’s responsibility.
